  • 6 cups vegan marshmallows
  • 4 cups Rice Bubbles (Krispies)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Red food coloring

Instructions

  1. Prepare a Bain-Marie by boiling water in a small pot and placing a heatproof bowl over it.
  2. In the bowl, combine the unsalted butter and vegan marshmallows. Whisk until smooth (about 2-4 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat and stir in salt and red food coloring until well blended.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, add the Rice Bubbles and pour the melted mixture over them. Mix until coated.
  5. Lightly oil your hands, shape into oval brain forms, create dents with a knife, and use a toothpick dipped in food coloring to draw veins.
