- 10 large vegan marshmallows
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- In a saucepan over low-medium heat, combine water and sugar. Stir until fully dissolved.
- Place the vegan marshmallows on a lined cookie sheet and broil at 375°F for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
- Add the toasted marshmallows to the sugar mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer into another bowl to remove solids, then let cool.
