  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning

  • 1 large ripe mango (diced)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the mango salsa by combining diced mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir gently and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the shrimp with taco seasoning and cayenne pepper.
