  • 23 large eggs
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill (or parsley), chopped

  2. Prepare the Eggs: Boil eggs for 7-9 minutes for soft-boiled perfection. Transfer to ice water to cool before peeling.
  3. Cook the Salmon: Season the salmon fillet with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the salmon for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
