  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour

  • ½ teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a nonstick mini muffin pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
  3. In another bowl, combine Greek yogurt, melted butter, maple syrup, and eggs until smooth.
