  • 1 packet Caesar salad dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  3. Arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer in the baking dish.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Caesar salad dressing mix, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
  5. Pour the dressing mixture over the chicken to coat evenly.
  6. In another bowl, combine Panko breadcrumbs with olive oil until lightly coated.
  7. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the top of the chicken.
  8. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and is golden brown on top.
  9. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving.
