  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup lemon Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup lemon curd
  • White chocolate or yellow candy melts
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp lemon extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust base by mixing graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into silicone molds and freeze for 10 minutes.
  2. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold in lemon Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, and lemon extract. Chill for 10–15 minutes.
  3. Coat the mold cavities with melted white chocolate or candy melts and let set.
  4. Pipe mousse into molds, add a spoonful of lemon curd in the center, then top with more mousse.
  5. Seal with the crust base and freeze for at least 4 hours until set.
  6. Unmold and allow to thaw for 10–15 minutes before serving.
