  • 24 Oreo cookies (crushed)
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup dark chocolate (chopped)
  • 1 cup milk chocolate (chopped)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (chilled)
  • 1 cup white cooking chocolate (chopped)
  • 5 chocolate-covered almonds

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted dark chocolate in a food processor; add unsalted butter and pulse until mixed. Press into tart pan and refrigerate.
  2. Melt dark and milk chocolates with heavy cream over low heat until smooth; cool slightly, then whisk in chilled butter.
  3. Pour filling into crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  4. Melt white cooking chocolate and drizzle it on top in concentric circles; use a toothpick to create a spiderweb effect.
  5. Chill briefly, then top with chocolate-covered almonds before serving.
