  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 pound shredded brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, crumble and cook the ground beef until browned. Add green onions, garlic powder, salt, pepper, sriracha (if using), and soy sauce; stir until combined.
  2. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add avocado oil and sauté shredded brussels sprouts with salt and pepper until caramelized.
  3. Return the cooked beef to the skillet with brussels sprouts. Pour in sweet chili sauce and lime juice; stir everything together until well-coated.
