  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cream of tartar, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg, egg yolks, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just incorporated; add more flour if needed for consistency.
  6. In a small bowl, combine sugar and nutmeg for coating.
