  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground sage
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the diced onion until translucent.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, then stir in pumpkin puree. Cook for one minute.
