  • 1 pound turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 30 ounces frozen shredded hash browns, thawed and drained

Instructions

  1. Cook beef sausage and chopped turkey bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add milk, eggs, ranch seasoning mix, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  3. Stir in cooked meats, thawed hash browns, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and pour in the mixture. Top with remaining cheese.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 50–60 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
