  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 10 oz bowtie pasta
  • ½ cup reserved pasta water (optional)
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and reserve some pasta water.
  2. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté in olive oil and butter until golden brown; set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook minced garlic in remaining butter, then add heavy cream and cheeses until melted.
  4. Toss cooked pasta into the sauce and return chicken to the skillet; simmer briefly until heated through.
