  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine in salted boiling water until al dente (9-10 minutes). Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Season the steak tips with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the steak tips in olive oil and butter for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
  4. Lower heat; add butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, whole milk, and cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese and mozzarella; stir until melted. Season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Combine the cooked linguine with the sauce; add reserved pasta water if needed.
  7. Serve topped with steak tips and garnish with fresh parsley.
