  • 1 tbsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp crushed fresh coriander seeds (or 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves)

Instructions

  1. Prep all ingredients: Chop onions finely, mince garlic, grate ginger, and cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat, melt butter and vegetable oil. Sauté chopped onions until translucent.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger; cook until fragrant.
